The shipping cost of your order will be automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process. They vary according to your country of delivery and the weight or volume of your order.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Once shipped, it will take between 7 and 10 business days to receive your order at home.
How can I track my order ?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 15 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@infinite-piercing.com with your name and order number and we will investigate the situation for you.
